Any log reader plugin for 18 version?

Hello All,

I was looking for plugin which allows to read and download the log files into KC.

I tried for Log Reader plugin, but it didnt work. Maybe due to recent file system changes. (ref:https://community.appian.com/discussions/f/plug-ins/12264/log-reader-plugin)

Could anyone please let me know any other log reader plugin available?

Hi - I've been using the Log Reader application for a while now - last tested with 18.2 and it was displaying system log files all ok etc - however I'm aware of some system log files that it doesn't handle correctly. However we've not tried using the functions that came with the plug in - just the out of the box application (Record and UI's)

Hi Divya,

An alternative to the LogReader plugin is Log Streaming which is a new feature available in Appian Cloud. Log Streaming allows you to ship logs to a centralized location in your network in real-time. See the docs for more details: docs.appian.com/.../Log_Streaming_for_Appian_Cloud.html
