I am using "Reassign Task" smart service for providing the functionality to provide task reaasignment using process. When I execute the process it always gives error text "Task cannot be reassigned from current state". What could be the possible reason of this message?I tried to reassign "Assigned" as well as "Accepted" task but I always get this message.

Can you log-into the designer and find out what's the status of the task you're trying to reassign? Could it be that it's paused by exception or failed. Also, make sure you execute the node it with the correct privilege
