PDF Tools - Following error is obtained when tried to use "Fill PDF" smart service

Which parameters are you passing? What do you have on the logs?

Which version of Appian are you using?

PDF Tools plugin is only compatible upto versions 18.2. I guess you need to raise a ticket to Appian support if the version you are using is 18.3 or 18.4.

My Dev has 18.2 - i do not face this issue.
My QA is 18.2 - i do not face this issue.
I am not sure what version my prod is - my guess it is also 18.2 - i got the issue there. I will verify that today.

Yes Siddharth. I have faced this issue with 18.3 and 18.4. I have tried to use Convert PDF to Image smart service and it failed with the same error.

We are facing the same issue while generating PDF from docx document. The reason I am suspecting is our document has lot many pages around 200+ and for that the smart service is breaking. Though it is working for word document with around 150 pages.

We are using 'Convert PDF to Image' smart service, but we are getting the same error "bundleName for SmartServiceException, builder.smartServiceClass=class com.appiancorp.ps.pdftools.AbstractPDFDocumentGeneration". The version which we are using is 21.1.

Does anyone have any info about this?
