Is there a smart service which takes excel file as input and stores all the values in db?
I do not want data directly in process, and have a filtered data from the excel sheet that is why wanted to first same it in db then access the required data.

None exist at the moment but you have two smart services, one that reads excel data and one that writes data to DB. The source code is usually attached to the plug-in. You can use the two to build your own requirement

there is a shared component "Read Excel Spreadsheet to CDT" that does exactly what you are asking.
