PDF from DOCX smart service error

Hello All,

Could you please let me know why does the below error popup in PDF from DOCx and how to handle the scenario

PDF from DOCX

bundleName for SmartServiceException, builder.smartServiceClass=class com.appiancorp.ps.xmlfo.ss.AbstractDocumentGeneration

Hi Divya, I have found that I get this error when I have "&" characters in the docx document that the PDF is created from. Have you tried removing all "&" characters, or replacing them with "and"?
