JSP page is not loading when we configured as sign-in page links in admin console

we have servlet plug developed which contains the jsp page to load for some user/customer registration. 

we configured that registration page as sign-in page links in admin console. when we licked on that link we are not getting the jsp page loading. its end up with blank screen.

Can some one give some cross checking things or hooks ( which might missing some configs) after deployed the plug-in to work like properties files , restarting some thing, etc...

Environment: Cloud

Version: 18.4

Status of plug-in: deployed success fully.
