Download appian-plug-in-sdk.jar from Cloud

Hi

I am trying to create a custom plug in for cloud based appian.

In the documentation it is asking me to add appian-plug-in-sdk.jar on external dependency.

However I do not have appian physically installed, how else would I be able to obtain this file?
