Stateless Server Authentication(SMSESSION)

Hi Team,

We have a custom stateless servlet ;the authentication is via SITEMINDER and client is passing SMSESSION as cookie. The servlet is successfully executed but it returns a 401 error ,as well. This is causing confusion for the client ,and it is performing a retry mechanism.

Can anybody please help us in figuring out why the server is returning a 401 error in-spite of executing the servlet
