Is it possible to have checkbox/radio buttons (or any html inputs) on the PDF by using "PDF from HTML Text" plugin?

hey smrutiswain, i am also facing the same issue ,i also tried by passing unicode character but it put a #(hash) instead the checkbox.have you find any solution?
Hey Khan, did you find a solution to hash(#) replacing your checkbox, I am facing the same issue with radio button as well.
