Can anyone provide differences between the below smart services ?
Retrieve Files In Folder Over FTPSRetrieve Files In Folder Over FTP
I have tried both smart service in my process to retrieve /download files from SFTP to Appian but nothing getting downloaded in the Appian and there is no error in the process.
Configurations:
Path to Folder: <SFTP files location> (Path)
Destination Directory: <Appian folder path> (files to be downloaded here)
Is there any additional configurations needs to be done for this smart service?
any advise will be appreciated.

Can you access the paths you are using on the same server as Appian is installed (if on premise), if you are on cloud then maybe a support case to validate credentials in the first instance?
This is on cloud. Credentials works fine since i am also using same credentials to upload files to another folder in same SFTP server from Appian.
Which protocol are you using? FTPS and SFTP are very different and you should be using the node that is appropriate for the protocol.
