Intelligent Contact Center - Twilio Configuration

Please advice me on this:

  • I tried to configure Twilio with ICC and followed all the steps mentioned by ICC documentation but the Call to Twilio number is not reaching the AGENT Dashboard and i do see all the workers as offline. Please advice me on this.
  • My account getting deactivated if the Twilio - Add member process model fails. I have attached the screen shot for same and not able to reactivate my account back. Please advice me on this.
