I am using the smart service plugin the Document Zipper

It does not retain the file names - but it converts that to null[1].pdf ... null[6].pdf

What files are in the folder you're trying to zip? Is the security of that folder set up such that the initiator of the process has viewership permissions?
I have resloved this issue by upgrading the version of the shared component -the one installed in our environment was 1.2.0 and i checked there was a newer version available - 1.2.2.
This issue was resolved by deploying the latest verion. Thanks for responding to the question
