Hi,
I am getting the below error message while converting a “.docx” file to “.pdf” by using Appian given smart service called ‘PDF From DOCX’ w.r.t. a larger file size of 1232KB. It will really help if we could get some update on the restriction and resolution of the same smart service.
Error Message: An error occurred in executing an Activity Class.

Just addition to above, we are using AdvancedDocumentTemplating (v1.0.6) [documentFromDynamicTemplate] plugin for the PDF FROM DOCX conversion. Please let me know if anyone come across with the same issue and have any solution towards it.
