We have been using the Add Documents to Zip plugin for years with no issues. Today, QA found an error for a very specific record and it is repetable for that record.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /app/appian/_admin/accdocs2/73924/10011969.zip (No such file or directory)
The documents being added to the zip exist and are valid and can be viewed (XML)
How is the folder path on the server determined? That folder path does not exist but it is trying to read the same folder (73924) each time.
