Hi all,
I am trying to add plugin "PDF Tools" to admin console page in 20.2 version. It gives the following error:
HTTP Code: 500 APNX-1-4198-019 An Error Has Occurred Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = WZ90NEDF] : An error occurred while executing a save: java.util.UnknownFormatConversionException: Conversion = 'D'
Why am I getting this error? How to resolve it?

I have also faced the same error few times in cloud. Trying to deploy next day or asking other users to deploy has helped me to deploy the plugin.
