Execute Stored Procedure is not executing the stored procedure while the same stored procedure is being executed by Query Database smart node.

Execute Stored Procedure is not executing the stored procedure while the same stored procedure is being executed by Query Database smart node. Execute stored procedure is not throwing any error and nothing is written in the logs. 

we are using Appian 20.2 and Oracle 19C.

I tried to execute the same stored proc in Appian 19.4 and Oracle 12c.

Any help is appreciated.
