Execute Stored procedure is working in Process model and the function is not accepting parameters

Execute Stored procedure is working in Process model and the function is not accepting parameters. please find the below pictures on PO_PARAMETERS, i am returning the parameter value in the stored procedure.

Function is not able to pass the inputs parameters to the stored procedure. i tried with type!storedprocedureinput and adding output parameters to the stored proc as well.

I appreciate if you any help
