Appian Health Check Update - Record Details

Hi,

As part of the Appian Health Check run, we have observed that Appian is not populating the data in record specific files. These files are health check generated, and are the following:
1) hc-record-types.csv
2) hc-record-type-related-actions.csv
3) hc-record-type-dashboards.csv

Post health check run, none of the above files have any data, inspite of the fact the environment has records there.

Do we know if Appian has off-late changed/ updated anything to cause this?
Alternatively, is there any other file that has the details of all the records, its metadata, related actions, etc?

We are running on Appian's latest 20.3 version.
