Header and Footer in HTML to PDF Smart Service

Hi All,

I am using the 'HTML to PDF' smart service with some style involved for table rows and columns. I wanted to know how to maintain header and footer for this html body. 

I tried with defining the header and footer in the style tag but then table or columns style is not working properly. 

Let me know if there is any solution.
