Downloaded the Notepad++ plugin .. It has been said that it has 2 atttached files. BUt it has only one.. Is there any other location to get the proper Notepad++ plugin...

There used to be another one with a different combination of colors, but now there's only one XML. You don't need anything else; simply:

1. Download the XML
2. Open Notepad++
3. Language - Define your Language
4. Import
5. Select the XML
6. Save the changes and restart Notepad++
7. Next time Appian SAIL language will be displayed at the BOTTOM of the list in the Languages menu
