I don't see why it wouldn't be compatible to use with 20.4 since it looks like it's compatible with 20.3. Moreover, it's free to use and it won't hurt to try it out
Thanks Ahamd, have download the details folder from Appian app market , But plugin was missed and could not able to find. So that is actual issue. Could u plz help me if u could able to find xml plugin for google analytics in appmarket
I think what you can do is, download the plug-in from the app market, and manually add it to your appian instance if you're on premises or if you're a cloud user you can open a support ticket with appian support team and ask them to manually add that plug-in on your cloud instance of appian, which can be done, but they might decline your request because of intellectual property rights, so you'll have to try and see for your self
No need for a Support case for plugins on Appian Cloud. Just follow the steps here: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.4/Appian_Administration_Console.html#plug-ins.
Also, no approval from Appian Support needed because the utility is already Cloud approved (see Badges in the Information section): https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/google-analytics-utility.
Lastly, Google Analytics Utility isn't a plugin, but an application. You need to download from the AppMarket, unzip it, read the readme file, and import the utility into your Appian environment, whether it's Cloud or on-prem.
As to sudhakars original question, unsure if this works with 20.4, though I agree that it wouldn't be difficult to just give it a try.
I really thought it was a plugin not an application, thanks for clearing that out for me.
