We have used the plugin Move To Collab (v1.0.0) to copy files from filesystem to our knowledge center folder using the smart service provided by the plugin. However, we have observed that in some instances the smart service does not complete and the node is skipped resulting into process instance failure. The error is neither captured in process instance, nor in the server logs. The file path given as node input is a valid path (i.e., the file does exist at the given path). What could be the potential cause for this?
Any help with this issue would be appreciated.
