Facing issues while deleting rules and constant versions using Environment cleanup App

Hello,

I'm currently using Environment cleanup app from App Market and I was able to clear older versions of process models. But, I do not see the versions of constants/ rules being deleted.  Any help appreciated. 

I'm currently using content tools plugin version 1.4.0

Note: Delete Rule/ Constant node is being executed, but the versions are not being deleted.
