How to setup Receive File over SFTP using your own computer as the server or any free 3rd party application.

Hello everyone.

I was advised that I need to start creating a process to fetch file from SFTP and retrieve date from the fetched file. However, they are still discussing with another team to provide us the details for the server to be used so I was wondering if I can use my own computer as file source or any free 3rd party that I can use to start developing. If there is can you kindly discuss what are the details that I need to set it up.
