i want to overwrite/update the existing appian users email address in our environment. i loaded the users into pv from csv document. want to iterate this user update in the process model. i am looking for update user profile smartservice. but am unable to find the plugin in community. can anyone help me here?

i installed this plugin . but in my environment, i am not able to use this particular node . not able to drag the smart service into flow itself. dont know why

that's weird. Try log off and login again? make sure you are in designer view not in analyst viewTry right click any flow and select this node or find a model which already using this then copy it to here.
