How to read EML file

Hi in my project there is a requirement to read the polled email data. I used the Poll Email plugin to poll the mail in to the folder.

The body is polled with a .EML file extension. The body of the mail is unstructured and I need to poll the body in text format in to a table.

Any suggestions??
