I am not able to download the plugin from app market ( check below )

What are you experiencing? I was able to download this.
I tried a few minutes ago and got an error message, but then I re-authenticated with the Appian SSO system (which i just missed doing the first time around) and after that, the download worked as normal.
i am using community edition, may be that is the issue
I'm not sure why that would make any difference to whether you can download the plug-in package from the AppMarket page - that page has no visibility into what you may be downloading it for. Or are you saying you're trying to install it on your CE site and failing? That's a completely different proecss of course, and doesn't involve "downloading" anything at all.

Oh, i see - that's something based on account type, and i'm not clear what the rules are around that - that might be a question for an Appian employee (Peter Lewis?).
If you're trying to install it on your Community Edition site, you don't need to download it from the App market. Just go into the admin console on your site, search for the plug-in, and deploy it. I don't expect you need special access or anything on your Community Edition site - I just tried on my site and it deployed just fine!
Peter Lewis - I guess the main thing I was flagging you for was to see if there's any clarification as to who here can download plug-in packages, and why. There seems to be some sort of invisible delineation set up, but I'm not sure why and/or what purpose that serves.
Yeah this is expected - we limit App Market content to Customers, Partners, and Appian Employees. That's why it mentions in the message that you would need to associate your account with one of those in order to download the content. As far as I know, that's always been our policy
