from the record view link, is it working? Record title should be single expression so you have to use concat operator to concate two value to show as a title.

Yes sir for getting the second value you have to use concat but that was not the reason for the error right ?
Yes That's not the reason, actually, i asked him to change because it won't show the title like that. Thanks for the clarification i thought i was wrong somewhere so that's why.
