The requirement is to send the entity data with the header and footer.
Header and footer contain dynamic data. Header is not columns name; columns name will be the 2-line code.
The file needs to be csv Pipe separated file.
Sample file.
H|2022-11-16|Filename
Name|Age|City|Department
Sahil|26|City1|Dept1
IBM|27|City2|Dept2
Appian|28|City2|Dept3
T|2022-11-16|Number
In the above sample file data, the bold one is the header and footer.

You can just insert a row with your header data? In other words: manipulate the source data to accomodate this behaviour.
