A user able to download the request form in pdf format which user submitted , when downloading the pdf containing korean words(which converted from document to pdf in process model) name was coming in ## format. Initially we faced this issue in chinese and japanese also, we tried with different font styles and it was working fine. Now we are facing the issue with Koreans language, May I know the universal font style which work for all the international languages.
