We have used MS Graph email poll plugin to read the emails and store relevant data.
Once email is received and read, Emails are moving to junk folder. How can we create folder and apply rules to move emails for different folders.

That plugin just fetches email. It is not meant for any other purpose including folder creation or moving emails.
