Hello all
I am using the "Send meeting request" Smart service in the process model.
The smart service was properly executed without any error but I am not getting any meeting email or Invite.
Discussion posts and replies are publicly visible
I have seen that mail servers reject these email because of spam policies.
so how can we resolve this?Any idea?
You can try to set up the Appian environment to use DKIM or a trusted mail server. Or change the SPAM config of your own email system.
I am getting the below exception in the system logs
ERROR com.appiancorp.ical.Mail - Could not send mail via us-east-1.smtp-gateway.appian-customer.com:587 to com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first
Do you use the latest version of that plugin?
