Hi all,
What's the correct process for backing up plug-ins and then reverting back to this version after an upgrade if necessary?
I've tried selecting the plug-ins, clicking "Download Selected" to get the zip folder, and then importing this ZIP folder but this is giving me the following message:
Thanks

Most plugins come in the form of a jar file. If you unzip the file, is there a jar file somewhere in there?
Thanks for the reply Mathieu. Yeah, if I unzip the zip folder there's a jar file for each of the plugins. Is there a way to install through these?
On-Premise, copy them to the plugins folder. On cloud, only through the admin console and not using the JAR file, but only the Appian provided online repo.
We're on cloud - does this mean there's not a way to revert the plugins back to a previous version? I checked on the Appian online repo and it doesn't give the option to select a version.
You can usually revert to the previous version within 3 months of installing a new version. If it's been longer than that or you need to revert to a specific version that's not necessarily the last version, you need to create a support ticket.
Ah okay, the revert option is disabled on the environment I did a direct deployment of the plug-ins to, so I'm assuming you have to manually update the plug-ins as opposed to doing a directly deployment of them for the revert option to be available.
