I am also using toHTML(), but '&' is generating in doc.Please suggest how to handle it.I need to show the data in PDF, i m using pdf from doc service also, so i need to display '&' in my document.

What happens if you just don't use toHTML()?  The fact that your generated document is displaying the literal string "&" indicates to me that you're replacing the "&" character unnecessarily (or perhaps an extra time).

My suggestion would be to make a simple example generated document for yourself to test, something where you can test multiple times quickly, and just try different things.
