Is there any way we can automate the plugin discrepancy problem across all env (DEV< SIT< UAT< PROD) ?
we are facing issues while release time, get to know that plugin version is different in Production env as compared to UAT. This is causing delay in release.
i want to create an automated utility which get plugins data from Production env and compare UAT and PROD plugin, warns beforehand about all the discrepancies.
or
can we set privileges to certain developers for plugin upgrade in lower env. So that every developer can not update plugin in lower environment.

1. If you want to avoid developers upgrading plugins in dev, you could try removing their admin access. Only have Designer + Admin to the application.
2. You have the ability to compare plugins across different environments.
3. You also have the ability to include a plugin in a package.
