PDF Tools Convert Image to PDF smart service is working fine in Dev, Test, and Model, but it is not working in Prod. Test, Model, and Prod all have the same version of the plug-in. The error being thrown in the process instance is "An error occurred in executing an Activity Class". The error in the System Logs reads:

We tried deleting and re-adding the plug-in, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fixed by Appian restarting the environment.
