User fill the form and upload images from mobile or tab, The images size is more than 15 mb and i need to convert and merge in a pdf with form data and images,When i am trying to convert images to pdf using plugin pdf tools(image to pdf) the server is getting heap memory and casuing down which leads to total env down, How can i achive this functionality of converting images to pdf
I see we have other plugins which will add images inside pdf but not at the end of the page,

If its not an issue, try to conpress the image using Image compression plugin and try to add the image in pdf. This might help.
