we've been trying to use PGP Encryption Utilities plugin. From here we're using encryption smart service and no other node (to begin with). Public key was generated with gpg4win (RSA, 3074 bit). This configuration actually returns a different error than other formats so my assumption is this is the correct one. But then a new error showed up running the encryption smart service node
"In order to access this method, this Document needs to be retrieved via ContentService.download()"
The output document shows in appian designer, has corresponding extension, but is of size <1KB (0 probably) and it's not downloadable. In the PM, when using PV to store the encrypted document as an output of the smart service, the PV ends up with no value.
Any sugggestion what could be going wrong?

Yes the version was updated (2.0.0).
You already posted your question at the plugin page. Not sure how responsive Vuram is.
Did you consider to download the plugin and check the source code. I did that in the past with other plugins to understand the quirky details.
