When I create a Smart Service plugin my constructor takes the parameter "Context initialContext" which I can then use to lookup the Data Source that's registered in the JNDI tree.

I would like to be able to do the same thing for a Function plugin - but the function plugin doesn't take a "Context initialContext" parameter. Can I get access to the JNDI tree from a Function plugin?

Check the source code (ExecuteQuery.java) of the Advanced Form Utilities to find the approach its author used to build that function forum.appian.com/.../summary
