I am looking for documentation or a step by step guide on how to use the Legacy Portal Form to Sail plugin. I have downloaded the plugin but need more instructions on how to use it to convert my tempo enabled portal forms.

Attached is a self-contained simple app I built that follows the instructions. It uses a system report as the constant value. Maybe ths will help.
