Hello , GetPublishedApplication plug in, gets the list of published a

Hello ,
GetPublishedApplication plug in, gets the list of published applications, and their application id ,only once, later It does not return anything.
Any idea, why it does not return for the 2nd time.

Yes, We are looking to get only published application IDS.
-> I am running with system administrator account.
-> Errortext is not returning anything.
-> I mean, the 2nd instance when I run, And just now i have run a instance, it is not returning anything.
-> It is set as whoever designed the process model.
-> And yes my user has access to all the application.
-> We are running on appian 7.6
Below is the error :
