Hello , GetPublishedApplication plug in, gets the list of published a

Hello ,

GetPublishedApplication plug in, gets the list of published applications, and their application id ,only once, later It does not return anything.
Any idea, why it does not return for the 2nd time.

It seems the author of the plug-in didn't consider the impact using static variables in his code would have. There was a bug in the logic of the plug-in caused by the unnecessary use of static variables.

Try this new version.
