Eduardo, this is working fine. With respect to Published application group iD, getapplicationgroups, works fine when we run it as system administrator, but when running as basic user it throws an exception.
Note: basic user is provided access to application as well as process model.

Expression evaluation error in rule 'userreport': An error occurred while executing a save: Expression evaluation error in rule 'getapplicationgr' at function fn!getapplicationgroups: Error evaluating function fn!getapplicationgroups : PrivilegeException[null=>null]: User Does Not Have Rights to Perform this Operation
