Hello , GetPublishedApplication plug in, gets the list of published a

Hello ,

GetPublishedApplication plug in, gets the list of published applications, and their application id ,only once, later It does not return anything.
Any idea, why it does not return for the 2nd time.

Okay so in order to get the application groups, one needs tobe a part of that application security.
I am creating a module which helps us in production, to identify the groups , applications and users of the application.
May be we need to run this with Administrator account.
