Hello , GetPublishedApplication plug in, gets the list of published a

Hello ,

GetPublishedApplication plug in, gets the list of published applications, and their application id ,only once, later It does not return anything.
Any idea, why it does not return for the 2nd time.

need to fetch groups and unique users from All published applications and store in DB

We have the same requirement, needed to manage our licenses for all applications. We run v18.1 hybrid.
