I'm generating a word docx using docx from dynamic template and converting the docx to pdf using PDF from DOCX smart service. I'm able to generate the docx properly but while converting to PDF the text is not coming in the pdf file. can you please help me to find out the problem?

Actually, i have a requirement in which I need to do generate document after that document which is created in docx format that document i need to convert to pdf format but right now i have got Doc's format in which data is coming but in pdf format Blank PDF (no data) is coming.
We would need more information on the output. Like images of your output and the input. even the Snap of your DocX would help us understand more.

I have mapped my docx document in the docx file parameter also i have mapped all the fields like create new document as true, name of new document, save in folder parameter i have mapped properly.
also the outputs for the DocX smart service please?

yes i have checked that docx file is returning expected file. that answer is yes that file is coming as expected
