Replacement for Deprecated getuserphotoid() Function

Question

Hi All, There was a function getuserphotoid() in appian scripting functions in previous version but the function is not available in new version. It seems the function is now depricated. Which function to use for the same kind of functionality in portal?...

Hi Rahul,
You can achieve this in a couple of ways:

1. All profile pictures of users are stored in below location:
Default Community > System Knowledge Center > User Pictures
You can write an expression to find document ID for specified user from that folder. Here is a reference to similar post : forum.appian.com/.../b-56153

2. Using custom function getprofilepictureforuser(), document ID of profile picture for a specified user can be retrieved.
