Problem using Cryptography Hash Functions

Good afternoon, 
 I am encrypting a simple text to test with hmacsha256bytehash, but I can't find any functionality to decrypt it, could you help me?

 Decrypting data hashed with HmacSHA256 is not possible because hashing is a one-way cryptographic. I would recommend, Store plain text securely using encryption. To verify data, generate a new HmacSHA256 hash of the plain text and compare it with the stored hashed value. They should match if the data is unchanged.
