Has anyone tried the plugin EML to PDF converter ? How does it work? From my process model it is saying completed by I can not see the completed/ converted file anywhere in the designer

Did you check outputs in smart service? according to documentation you should receive the new document as output
Yes, I added a folder on where the file needs to be created as well but i checked my documents folder there is file there
Check the value of the output variable and look for the document ID in your system and tomcat-stdout.log.
