I have an issue concerning Add Documents to Zip plugin. More specifically with the customer being able to unzip the files with the default WinZip utility. Currently the zip files are empty and they are forced to use 7-Zip. Since it's not really a best practice to ask the customer to download a third party software to unzip the files, I would like to try and troubleshoot the issue. Side note** All company internal members have no issues unzipping the files using WinZip. This is purely an external issue.
